We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our accounts throughout the Americas region. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane.
Your Challenge:

  • Communicate their requirements internally and work with Blacklane colleagues across departments, to fulfil them
  • Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts maintaining both our standards of service and commercial balance
  • Train and educate the strategic partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
  • Leading regular meetings (virtual or on-site) with the strategic partners to maintain and grow the partnership
  • Act as the main point of contact for our accounts across the Americas region
  • Attend trade shows and Travel Industry events, representing Blacklane.
  • Convert new prospects into trading accounts

About You:

  • Ability to manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel Industry experienced highly desired
  • Strong team player and relationship-oriented
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a bias for action
  • Target and numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced skills with using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint
  • Safe handling of common sales tools, e.g. Salesforce
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Upbeat and enthusiastic

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
Note that compensation can vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The total package that is provided aims to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional bonuses/incentives, and stock units.
